Paul Mampilly career started in 1991 on Wall Street where he worked as an assistant portfolio manager at Bankers Trust. He quickly moved upwards to hold a prominent position at Deutsche and ING where he was responsible for multi-million dollar accounts. In the year 2006, he was recruited by the owners of Kinetic Asset Management who wanted him to manage their hedge fund.
